All Exhibit Solutions (“we,” “us”) provides trade show and exhibit services, this website, and the All Exhibit Solutions iOS app, a project management tool used by our team and invited partners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information (app): name, email address, phone number, and an optional profile photo, provided when you accept an invitation and create an account.
• Project information (app): the content your team enters to run exhibit projects — show and client details, schedules, notes, payment records, and documents and photos you upload.
• Website inquiries: information you submit through our contact and quote forms (name, contact details, and your message).
• Usage and device data: basic technical data such as device type and app or browser version, plus crash and error reports used to keep the app working reliably.

How we use it

• To operate the app: authenticate your account, sync project data across your team, deliver notifications, and store documents and photos you upload.
• To respond to inquiries and provide our exhibit services.
• To fix problems and improve reliability using aggregate usage and crash data.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the app to serve ads or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Where data is stored

App data is stored with our cloud infrastructure providers (including Supabase, hosted in the United States), protected with encryption in transit and access controls that limit project data to authenticated members of our organization. Access to the app itself is by invitation only.

Sharing

Project data is visible to authorized members of the All Exhibit Solutions team (and, where applicable, invited partners on the same projects). We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the app and website (such as cloud hosting), or where required by law. We do not share it for advertising.

Retention & deletion

We keep account and project data while an account is active or as needed for our business records. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time by emailing info@allexhibit.com from your account email — we will confirm once complete. Project business records (for example, project schedules created for our clients) may be retained as part of our operational records after an individual account is removed.

Your choices & rights

• You can view and update your profile information in the app under Personal Information.
• You can disable notifications in iOS Settings at any time.
• Depending on where you live (including California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information — contact us and we’ll honor applicable requests.

Children

The app and website are business tools intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
