Our Work

Explore our work, where creativity meets strategy. From innovative I&D to seamless executions, each project tells a story of craftsmanship, intentionality, and unforgettable brand experiences.

What you are looking at

Every project on this page is labor we put on a show floor. Some are 10×10 inlines that go up in a morning. Others are multi-level islands that take a crew of twelve across two days of move-in, with rigging, electrical coordination and a punch list before the doors open. The mix also includes experiential activations, retail and permanent installations, and multi-city tours where the same exhibit has to look identical in Las Vegas, Orlando and Chicago.

We are the install and dismantle side of the business. Designers and fabricators build the exhibit; we are the crew that receives it at the dock, reads the setup drawings, gets it standing straight and lit, and packs it back into its crates in the condition it arrived. That distinction matters when you are choosing a partner, because a beautiful rendering and a clean build on the floor are two different problems.

How a project runs

Before the show, we review your drawings and the exhibitor kit, then build a labor plan: how many people, for how many hours, on which days, and who leads the crew. On move-in day the lead checks freight against the manifest, stages the crates, and works the build in the order the drawings call for. Lighting, AV mounts and finish work come last, followed by a walk-through so nothing is left for you to discover an hour before the hall opens.

Dismantle is planned with the same care, and it is where most damage happens. Crates come back to the booth in a known order, panels are wrapped the way they shipped, and graphics go flat or rolled rather than folded. An exhibit that is packed properly is an exhibit that is still worth showing three years from now.

Brands we have built for

The work shown here includes installations for Walt Disney Imagineering, Disney+ & Hulu, Pixar, Mickey’s of Glendale, Olive Young, Cobot, Yamaha, LinkedIn, Jinko Solar, Paul Mitchell, Bandai Namco, BBC Studios and Pokemon, across trade shows and brand activations from 2025 into 2026. Some are recurring programmes where we handle the same exhibit show after show; others were single events where a crew was needed in a city on short notice.

Planning something similar

If a project here looks like yours, the useful next step is a conversation about the specifics: which show, which venue, booth number and size, and what your move-in window looks like. Send the drawings and we will tell you honestly what the labor plan should be.
