Overview
The Adobe Max 2025 build called for a brand-precise environment that could hold its own next to Adobe’s own product design language. Our crews handled the install end-to-end — from initial set to final dismantle — building out a clean, demo-ready space that put Adobe’s creative tools front and center. Structural panels, tensioned graphics, AV elements, and finish work were all dialed in before show open, giving the Adobe team a stable, polished stage to run their on-floor programming from day one.
Floor plan walkthrough
Challenge
The client had requested a full custom two-story build within a 20′ × 40′ footprint, with integrated AV, programmable LED lighting, and a fully branded environment — all delivered on a compressed lead time dictated by Los Angeles Convention Center load-in windows.
Coordinating union labor, freight, and electrical certifications around back-to-back show-floor demo cycles required pre-show logistics planning that left zero margin for error.
"Adobe’s brand standard sets a high bar, and the show schedule didn’t leave any room to chase it on the floor. Everything had to land clean the first time."
— Project Lead, AES
Approach
Site Survey & Planning
Walked the LA Convention Center floor plan ahead of move-in to map rigging points, power drops, sightlines from the main aisles, and union load-in sequencing — so nothing on the install schedule was decided on the fly.
Vendor Coordination
A single AES lead owned communication with every outside vendor on the build — AV, graphics, freight, electrical, and rigging — so the Adobe team had one number to call and no handoff gaps between trades.
Structural Build
The aluminum framing, header walls, and graphic skins were pre-fit offsite and shipped show-ready, which let the on-site crew compress raw assembly into a tight overnight window and protect time for AV calibration the next morning.
Final QA & Handoff
Two full client walkthroughs before doors opened — one with the AES site lead, one with Adobe’s brand and experiential leads — to pressure-test graphics alignment, lighting cues, and demo-station readiness before the first attendee stepped in.
Results
The booth ran continuous demo cycles across all three days of Adobe Max 2025, supporting an estimated 8,000+ attendee touchpoints without a single AV or structural downtime event. Adobe’s brand team rated the final build in the top tier of their global activation portfolio, and the installation was completed on schedule and without a single safety or compliance incident.
Booth Highlights

Custom Structure
Engineered aluminum framing with tensioned printed header walls, sized to read cleanly from across the hall while keeping demo pods and meeting zones open inside the footprint.
Branded Graphics
Large-format SEG fabric panels and backlit lightboxes finished to Adobe’s color spec, with seam placement coordinated against sightlines so the brand reads as one continuous surface from the aisle.
Lighting & AV
Programmable LED wash paired with matched display walls, color-calibrated for live software demos and tuned so on-screen content held up under full show-floor lighting.
