Overview
The Yamaha Apex 2026 build leaned into the brand’s classic red, white, and black palette — wrapping a 30’ × 40’ footprint in continuous Yamaha header bands, halo-lit tuning-fork logo walls, and the “Revs Your Heart” tagline carried clean around the perimeter. From overnight rig-in through final touch-ups on show morning, the crew kept every seam, light line, and graphic edge tight so the booth read as one cohesive Yamaha environment the moment the hall doors opened in Anaheim.
Floor Plan
Challenge
Yamaha asked for a 30′ × 40′ build that would land their brand at full saturation across a busy Anaheim show floor — continuous overhead header bands, halo-backlit logo walls, branded tagline panels, and clean product display zones inside a single, unbroken visual envelope.
The Apex 2026 schedule allowed a single 72-hour install window, so every truss segment, graphic skin, electrical run, and lit element had to be sequenced ahead of move-in with no slack built into the timeline.
"Yamaha’s red is unforgiving — every seam, every header joint, every halo gap is going to show. The crew had to nail it the first pass, in 72 hours."

Approach
Site Survey & Rig Plan
Walked the Anaheim Convention Center hall before move-in, locked in rigging points for the overhead Yamaha header bands, and mapped power runs to support halo-lit logo walls and tagline backlighting without crossing aisle setbacks.
Pre-Fit & Color QA
Header banding, tagline panels, and the cut-out Yamaha logo walls were dry-fit and color-checked against Yamaha’s red spec in the shop, so the on-site crew was assembling pre-approved components, not chasing fixes on the floor.
72-Hour Install
Crews ran a tight three-shift sequence — structure and ceiling rig night one, graphic skins and lit logo walls night two, AV calibration and detail finish on the final shift — keeping the build inside the 72-hour move-in window.
Pre-Open Walkthrough
Final walkthrough with the Yamaha team covered halo brightness on the logo walls, header band alignment along all four sides, and finish detail at every panel seam before the booth went into client hands for show open.
Results
The Yamaha presence opened on schedule and held up through every show day in Anaheim — header bands, halo-lit logo walls, and tagline panels all running clean from open to close with no on-floor rework. The Yamaha brand team called out the build for color accuracy and finish quality, and the 72-hour install closed out without a single safety or compliance incident.
